My Zopa Loan experience. Among the best I've had.

My experience relating to my Zopa personal load was very good. Simple, straightforwad, and all done through the app. From within the app it told me exactly when I was eligible for the loan and within a matter of a few clicks the loan process was completed. Because of how simple and straightforward the process was I haven't had any reason to contact the customer services team which I think in itself is good value for money. Reviewed on: 5th March 2024
