Their onboarding process didn't work correctly,.

Their onboarding process didn't work correctly,.they ended up taking my direct debit the day before it was due so the due date was missed meaning I got a fee and credit mark against me. They don't understand how it happened and have been useless in fixing the issue Reviewed on: 11th March 2024
