Absolutely amazing customer service.

After a non fault accident wrote my car off, first response had a new agreement approved, ready and waiting for as soon as the other persons insurance paid the claim. I drove my new car away the next day after they paid the dealership within minutes after I confirmed I was happy with it. With 2 disabled children this was a massive weight my mind in an already stressful situation. Cannot recommend them enough. Reviewed on: 5th March 2024
