Could do better.

Disappointing compared to other opportunities. I find the app has many options but it is a busy layout and not very appealing. I find it messy and confusing. The pots or cards you can add are a good idea I don't like that they advertise other products that seem to be personalized only to say that you are not eligible which is an unnecessary rejection. They are also well established entity but don't seem to want to reward their clients for sharing their app and so there is little incentive to do so. I was please about six months ago when they had the option of viewing your credit report and I was wondering why they just stopped it and it disappeared so unexpectedly. Reviewed on: 6th March 2024

It is so awesome to finally find a current account with a good interest rate which is payed monthly. The app is also very good and easy to navigate and the introduction of pots gives a whole new layer of excitement and excellence. The support responses are very prompt and the team always show great pride in helping their clients. I like how they have kept things simple and to the point. Little extra details like the ability to hide balances in discreet mode are a good example of their attention to detail. I am so happy I found kroO and I can kiss goodbye to measly interest rates elsewhere. Whomever chooses to open up an account with KroO most certainly will not regret it! Reviewed on: 6th March 2024
