Hybot Chat

I’ve used the Hybot chat system a few times and found it very helpful and when it doesn’t know something it connects you with a real human straightaway. It’s good to see that AI and humans can work interchangeably to get customer issues sorted and I loved that when I had a problem it was resolved without having to battle. It was nice not to be passed from pillar to post as some companies tend to do once a customer gets in touch! Reviewed on: 8th March 2024
