Awful, DO NOT USE ONE CALL INSURANCE . They will not answer any calls, letters or emails. You HAVE to use live chat and if you can't for whatever reason, you will have your policy cancelled. They will contact you by any method, you cannot reply. You have been warned, they should be labelled scammers !
