Often cheapest. Efficient claim.

I travel 4 or 5 times a year and about 70% of time World First are cheapest for my medical condition. On the one claim we have made, payment was fast. Reviewed on: 14th September 2018

Can be cheap

World First CAN be competitive but not always. Website can be complicated to navigate. Only once claimed . efficient but communication poor. Reviewed on: 13th August 2018

Efficient service. Unfortunately we've had a few claims but all have been dealt with (through Aviva) quickly and without hassle. Reviewed on: 6th September 2017

Cheap for some medical conditions but poor claims handling

I have been waiting seven weeks for a simple claim to be processed. Received a letter after one week saying claim would be dealt with in four weeks. Not good. Reviewed on: 30th September 2016
