I have to make changes over the last year after the loss of my husband. He was on insurance for the car, so had to change that and subsequently get new insurance. One Call were amazing all through in helping sort this out Reviewed on: 23rd September 2026

One Call Insurance - just the best

Have been with One Call for years and have transferred my house insurance to them. Always get reminders that insurance is due to be paid. But - they are always willing to help. Changed my car insurance when I had to change cars. No problem. Changed mine over again when I got a new car and gave me a good quote for the insurance. Wrong information!

Was not given full information despite having a third party signature in place for years. When my husband queried this, was promised a call back. This did not happen. I phoned up. Again promised a call back. Again this did nit happen. Had to phone again next day to finally get a sort if answer to thecquery Reviewed on: 11th March 2024
