One Call Insurance - just the best

Have been with One Call for years and have transferred my house insurance to them. Always get reminders that insurance is due to be paid. But - they are always willing to help. Changed my car insurance when I had to change cars. No problem. Changed mine over again when I got a new car and gave me a good quote for the insurance. Wrong information!

Was not given full information despite having a third party signature in place for years. When my husband queried this, was promised a call back. This did not happen. I phoned up. Again promised a call back. Again this did nit happen. Had to phone again next day to finally get a sort if answer to thecquery Reviewed on: 11th March 2024
