System failure

I did have to request where my monies which should have been paid into my bank a count when my rgular save reached its term end. Most unusual having used this method of saving for many years with you in the past It was 3 days late and I was surprised that the error was on your part, the tranfer not having taken place, resulting in my new reg. saver account not opened either. However, it was rectified immediately. Reviewed on: 12th March 2024
