I can breath!!!

I suffer with autism and mental health and have struggled for year to communicate with people every staff member I have communicated with has always gone to lengths to comfort me and take the stress away from contacting multiple debtors. You feel validated and human they don't make you feel any less. They also accommodate to your communication methods as I struggle with calls I mostly communicate through email and can anytime. I suffer mental health and they reassured me I was fine and supported me to get control over my debts it couldn't have been easier and allowed me to feel in control of my life again and one less thing to worry about which with my head that is amazing. Reviewed on: 12th March 2024
