The best customer experience team ever

The best customer experience I've had from multiple banking platforms. One time I've had a dispute with an subscription from a company that tried to charge me twice for a month that Ive already purchased. Even with proof they wouldn't back down. So revolut refunded me the money and blocked furhter inqueiries and did their own due diligence and took care of everything from their end. I'm with them eversince. Reviewed on: 9th February 2026

the best customer experience of all companies

Top notch customer experience, always expedient and friendly, they once took on a case where a company was taking money out of my account without any reason and they settled it for me. I also hold a investment account there and it’s so easy to manage from the banking account and I can react to the market in real time Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
