I've been using it for over a year and it's been great

Hyperjar has helped me budget for many things at once. From keeping the children's Christmas and birthday money separate, to unexpected breakdown bills, I know I have money set aside for these that isn't too easily spendable (but is still instantly accessible when needed). Being able to add the children on with their own card as they get older is one of the biggest selling factors for me. My biggest drawback is that Hyperjar is not underwritten by FSCS. That being said, I'm eased by the fact that they say they "keep your funds in a safeguarded account governed by the e-money regulations of the Financial Conduct Authority". I'd urge everyone to do their research to decide if it's right for them. I've been using it for over a year and has worked really well for our family's needs. Reviewed on: 12th March 2024
