Great card, love the jars feature for saving.

I have contact hyper jar regarding a voucher that didn’t work. And someone got back to me to say they are looking into it and then I haven’t heard anything since. So my one customer service experience isn’t great. but the banking side is great. I love the jars and My daughter uses her card a lot. The app is useful. I’d love to see them do a savings side. Great card for kids. And i love the jars.

Great for using abroad as there is no charges. And I love the jars so you can separate your money. I only joined so my daughter could get a kids account but Ive ended up using my card too! My daughter likes seeing what money she has and has got her own jars for saving up which has helped her to save. I have used the online chat recently due to a voucher not working and I was told that someone would get back to me via email once they’d looked into it but I’ve still not heard back yet, but overall friendliness in customer service was good.
