Took me a while to sign up but no problems since then.

It took me quite a while to get fully signed up with GWCU, there seemed to be some issues with my email address and how their systems were processing it. However the customer service team were persistent and eventually helped me to become a full member of the GWCU. I've not been a member for long enough to provide a fuller experience. Not super-snappy to set up, but simple when it is.

I remember that it took a while to set up my account, however now that it's set up it's straightforward to use. The new silver saver account is good but not quite high enough interest rates compared to other mutuals. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024
