Easy to use

Extremely easy to use, convenient, good value (free!). The ability to split the current account into different spaces is very useful, both for security (just in case), and to save headspace on budgeting money for the month and without constantly tracking what needs to be kept aside, without having to take money out or move it between accounts. Card controls are very easy to adjust (locking when you can't find your card, cancelling if you REALLY lose your card, turning off magstripe by default so card can't be skimmed, etc.), and assigning virtual cards to the spaces is also a nice feature e.g. to spend from 'treat money' directly. In customer service terms, I have sometimes needed to reset password which requires a human review, and this has always happened quickly. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024
