I can’t fault Starling bank.

I can’t fault Starling bank, every issue has been quickly resolved by customer service, including fraud. I have never experienced any issues with getting in touch with customer service and feel fully supported. This is my first experience of an online only bank and do not feel I miss out on anything due to the fact they don’t have face to face branches. I am very happy. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024
