I have,to date, been extremely happy with the level of service from the Scottish Building Society. I have just had the need to update my linked, Scottish bank account to my savings account. It is to a new account and so no credit record is yet available to check the details. An up-to-date bank statement sorted the required confirmation. Easy, efficient and professional. To date, it has been a totally positive ride. The issues I have had and those have been few and far between have all been resolved. Total positive experience, thus far anyway. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024
