Lack of transparency

Great for everything except not giving me any background on a decision not to allow me to have an overdraft of £30K. This was despite having written POs from global blue chip companies (Mondelez and Kelloggs) to the tune of over £250k. As a small business cash flow is everything and I didn't feel supported, listened to or valued. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024
