Complained about an overseas transfer.

Complained about an overseas transfer which after contacting them online had to resolve myself .Complaint was acknowledged and listened to but ,no explanation was given that explained to why the the transfer which I made before with all the same details several times before did not work.Left me with a bad experience and with out any apology or offer of compensation Reviewed on: 14th March 2024
