I have been trying to access my policy on the website and although my log in details are correct and the password is correct it tells me my details are incorrect. When I try to reset my password I never receive the promised email. If I try and register anew it says my email is not found although when I rang they clearly had all details online. I thought they would sort this out but 10 days later, the same thing happened. Still no access to the website and when I ring there is only music, so not sure whether they are still working or not as it was just before 6. Really frustrated.
