It's gives the fantastic option to spread the cost of your payments over 3 months, great when the cost of living is so expensive. You certainly don't notice the payments as much, really helps. Great service. Reviewed on: 27th June 2025

Voluntary car insurance level

I've had a recent non fault car insurance claim where I had to pay an excess of £450 when it wasn't my fault, yes you are going to state that this is in your terms and conditions, but I've never come across another company where I'm having to pay out for a non fault accident when I'm not at fault. What I'd the point of me having insurance in the first instance if it's going to cost me at claim stage. I'm currently reviewing my overall umbrella insurance with you with a view to moving to another company. And yes, I've already submitted a complaint previously and got nowhere. I bet you won't include this survey reply in your feedback quotes from an extremely disgruntled long term customer. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
