Non Existent Customer Service, even for plus members...

Non Existent Customer Service, even for plus members - they simply don't reply to emails for months on end, and then circle back asking "are you still having issues?". This wouldn't be acceptable for any other high-street bank, so not sure why Monese think it's ok. The cherry on top is then asking for a vote as best bank...I think not. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024
