Monese is a great bank but the only Dow side is the customer service I can never get through to them or on the chat it takes them so long and my problems have never been resolved till now I’ve had things charged in my account and never been able to get the money back as they don’t respond quick enough then they close the chat and got to start all over again Reviewed on: 14th March 2024
