tried to close account several times but held to ransom

tried to close account several times but told i cannot close because after i withdrew my money i got paid 0.01p dividend then continued to get billed a monthly fee which i refuse to pay £7 i think it is, in order to claim my 1p and close account. now because of severval months & therfore several requests to pay another montly fee my account has been locked unless i pay the backdated fee's therfore i cannot close my account down, absolutly crazy and customer service is no good!
