Customer service overall is excellent !! when I...

Customer service overall is excellent though when I had 2 unrecognised outgoing payments I emailed the support team several times but never received any replies on the matter.that has been the only time I have never received a reply even after several emails.the amounts were £17.99 to Spotify (apparently) and a payment to PayPal also.both Spotify and PayPal were extremely helpful and guaranteed me the payments had not been taken from them.what was unusual was both these payments took me overdrawn and Monese have never allowed payments that would take me overdrawn. After never hearing back from support I decided to just leave it and I always watch every outgoing and incoming incase it happens again. With other situations regarding my mental health and some payments I had received from cam work (when I was extremely low) Monese reviewed my situation and very kindly allowed me to bank with them as they could see I was doing everything i could to help myself by receiving help from my gp, counselling and group therapy. They were very understanding of my situation and i greatly appreciated that. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024
