I sent many email about the fact that my card when your bank change for me and I paid 5 pounds ,doesn't work at the ATM cash machine ,doesn't work to pay contacless at Lidl, I sent many email with no result.I Can only use my account with my phone.I tried calling at customer care no response.So my feedback is very bad.
