Starlings' customer service is excellent!

I have always found Starlings' customer service excellent. Staff are always very friendly, patient, very polite and very helpful. They let me know what was happening every step along the way and what needed to be done. It was very quick to get hold of a real person (as opposed to an automated service Being,)which I'm always happy about as I find automated robot services most frustrating due to limited communications with them. Anyway, I've been very happy with Starling and must have now been with them for well over a year. Also, I actually get a reasonable amount of interest on my Current account which I'm most impressed by! Reviewed on: 15th March 2024
