Affordable, necessary & beyond recommendation

Firstly, its price is affordable. Questions are always answered quickly (usually the same or next day). Without fail, they are answered in depth, explaining what to do step by step, whomever replies. If needed, it’s passed to the tech team who will tweak the programming to enable your request. All staff are friendly, polite and über knowledgeable. They also respect and value receiving constructive criticism, which they use to improve the app. Being on benefits income only, where I get paid every second Thursday and every fourth Friday, this usually doesn’t synchronise with my direct debits which are due on a certain date. Therefore this app is absolutely necessary for me to handle my money effectively. I especially like that you can categorise payments so that you can see where your money is going. Also invaluable is the Bills Timeline, where you are warned in advance if you might not have enough money to pay certain bills. I honestly don’t know what I would do without this app; it has made a huge difference to managing my income and outgoings. It is refreshed multiple times in a day, so the information is always bang up to date. I can’t recommend this app more highly. Ít is simply laid out, an absolute necessity for everyone in my honest opinion, especially when we are going through a Cost of Living crisis. Reviewed on: 15th March 2024
