I had a heart attack late November 2023, I was due to travel before Christmas 2023, Staysure just cancelled my yearly policy. Thus I had to shift the flight bookings I had at a cost of £380, Take out a new Travel Policy with another company costing £2054.76 a yearly policy then pay for a new travel booking of £780.00. I put a claim on for £380.00. And £2054.76. I expected them to pay £380.00 costs I incurred to shift flights plus pro rate the extra £2054.76.; The claim was handled by an external company called Davies the result is nothing. So I have to go back to Staysure and the best I can hope is a 5 month refund of my policy. Not good enough, Staysure hide behind the small print. A very very dishonest company. DO NOT TAKE OUT TRAVEL INSURANCE AS WHEN YOU NEED THEM THEY ARE NOT THERE.
