Mobile banking app is really easy to use. I can see the balance of all my accounts in one place and it is very easy to transfer funds between them. It is also very simple to manage standing orders and direct debits from the app. The app also makes cheque deposits and payment transfers very simple with effective use of face recognition. The ease of use and convenience of the app enables me to have full control of my bank accounts.

It makes entry to share dealing really simple and I can buy just one or two shares to build a portfolio. This has made market access easier, cheaper and more diverse. Equally businesses have greater access to broader base if investors with cash to invest.
