Friendly professional staff, excellent customer service

I opened a savings account today in the Cardiff branch. I was already convinced beforehand from the MBS website that they were the organisation that best met my savings needs. During the application process, I received brilliantly tailored customer service from Vicky, that made the formal financial discussion feel like two old friends enjoying a long overdue catch up. I was very impressed with the whole MBS team in the Cardiff branch and will definitely be recommending their financial products to friends and family from now on. Reviewed on: 15th March 2024
