Amazing experience. This is a big step for us, remortgaging and my partner going on a mortgage for the first time. We went through 'better.co.uk'after being reccomended by a friend. We have had amazing and positive experience from the beginning. Our mortgage advisor Lily-May has been an exceptional advisor. Extremely friendly, approachable and answering all queries in full detail making us very much at ease and approachable. We have already reccomended the company to family, and will continue to do so. Lily went above and beyond to make sure the remortgage was tailered specifically to us and accomadating our needs and best interests. Cannot thank Lily and the team enough!
