Over cheking the legitimate & refusing to block fraud

On the one hand you flagged red fraud warning when trying to pay the HMRC or Easyjet and when actual fraud occurs you've refused to do anything other that cancel cards placing all the inconveneince on us to update all our payments when you should be inbestigating / blcoking real fraud. You also refused us buisness bank account recently despite us having 400k in our account. All very dissapointing. Reviewed on: 16th March 2024
