Friendly, approachable and welcoming staff that will do anything in their power to help, even call their colleagues in their Headquarters and get the right answer if needed. Rounded up conversations, especially when I opened the account, considering my needs, goals and everything savings related was explained in plain English. I love the fact that you can come in a branch and talk to a human being that will listen to you, rather than pressing options on a telephone and have a machine talking to you.
