A must have tool

PiP have actively identified so many thousands of people who can claim extra support in multiple areas, making their lives so much easier. I am an employee of Anglian Water who use Policy in Practice's Better off Calculator and have personally helped hundreds of people get discounts on their water bills and told them of any benefits they are eligible for and may have missed. The response I have received form these customer have been amazing and them taking the time to complete the Calculator has changed their lives for the better. Reviewed on: 20th March 2024
