Front loaded interest

No complaints though would like interest to be added monthly and not all at front of loan. Recently asked for a quote to get a top up and despite always paying on time I was told I was not eligible? Assume its down to age but no explanation Reviewed on: 24th May 2024

Alright if you do not use customer service

I rang as an insurance company had taken funds without permission. This showed as pending. That was weeks ago and thankfully I got my money back from insurance company myself. My complaint is still in the pending pile Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024
