Closed my account, awful customer services

Closed my account unannounced. Lied saying the issue were down to me not providing all information with I have the evidence of. Customer services were shocking, management wouldn’t talk to you. Still not got my money. New small business still in its first year. If we survive it I will be shocked Reviewed on: 21st March 2024
