No transfer bonus and no explanation

Transferred an isa to them and my husband and I tried to claim the advertised bonus which they are now saying we don’t qualify for but haven’t responded to our question as to why as we appear to meet the criteria. Very poor customer service. Reviewed on: 24th March 2024
