Asked for an increase in premium of£200+, plus £25 admin fee for changing the registration number on my wife’s car,she had put her personal number on retention. If she hadn’t needed to change the number the premium agreed in January would stay the same until renewal next January. Have emailed Steve Machin, CEO for an explanation, not very hopeful though. Won’t be renewing with M&S next year. Totally useless, wish we hadn’t gone by M&S good (!!!!!) name and had read the reviews - won’t do that again
