First time buyers - fantastic service

We came to Tembo looking for a first-time mortgage at the tricky time when interest rates were sky high. From the very start, Geraldine has been just amazing at finding competitive products that fit our needs, and kept us updated and well-informed throughout the process. After our first mortgage offer expired (due to seller dragging their feet) Geraldine guided us through the best options and secured another mortgage for us super quickly. Any questions we've had along the way have been answered, and communication with both Abbey our case manager and Geraldine has always been smooth, fast and clear. Getting a mortgage as a first time buyer felt so much less daunting with Tembo in our corner. Their fantastic customer service, speed, friendliness and professionalism exceeded our expectations.
