Credit Unions really do make a difference.

I opened an account with the Credit Union when I was volunteering for them in their Stroud office and have continued to have one. The branch became part of the Great Western Credit Union and I regularly receive updates from them on the work they do. I recommend opening a Credit Union account to anyone struggling or anyone wanting to help to keep them going. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2026

In addition to its unique ethical credentials, Triodos offers an efficient customer service. If anything does go wrong, they are quick to rectify it because they are helpful and easy to contact. Reviewed on: 28th February 2026

It's the best.

I wanted to invest with a bank which shares my respect for human rights and the environment; and Triodos does that with its ethical investment. It also does the basics as far as customer care is concerned. Reviewed on: 31st January 2026
