Policy in Practice helps change clients lives.

I use policy in practice on a daily basis in my role, to help clients and maximise their income. It is such a vital tool for our organisation (Citizens Advice Cardiff & Vale), to allow clients to receive what they are entitled to.This has made a massive difference to thousands of clients lives, enabling them to increase their income and navigate through such a difficult financial environment currently. As well as it being beneficial for organisations to use, it is also hugely helpful for clients themselves. Having a help tool that is so simple to use like policy in practice, allows the client to be empowered to know what they can receive. Reviewed on: 26th March 2024
