MELTON WAS A GREAT BUILDING SOCIETY.... BUT NO MORE!!!!

I have been a Melton mortgagee for 24 years and despite that the offering now I am due to remortgage is VERY POOR> While they claim to provide better terms for existing customers, this is not the case! With their withdrawal of the OFFSET FACILITY and increased costs of early repayments in addition to interest rates which are HIGH despite rates generally going down, they are NOT competitive.
