A few hiccups but staff incredibly helpful

Had a few hiccups due to black box not being installed correctly - but they were increadibly helpful and the engineer was sent out to a completely different end of the country to where the car was registered and phoned me to give an ETA of when they were going to arrive. Very sympathetic and understanding as my job doesn’t leave many gaps for maintence to be done 9-5. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
