Generally, a fantastic service ...

Generally, a fantastic service. Incredibly user-friendly and easy to use with a fast and efficient setup and payment system. The organisation using the jars system is very helpful, though it did lead to a couple of instances where I didn't connect the jars to what I was paying for correctly, due to how jar linking worked to the primary paying jar. However, the only main issue I encountered, was that I was unable to use the debit card. No matter what the store (in my particular case supermarkets and the post office), the authorisation would always be declined, regardless of app settings (for example: "Spend Abroad" ticked). That said, online purchasing from the same in-person services, the card worked flawlessly. Reviewed on: 27th March 2024
