Scam - No policy documents ever received

AVOID! They took my money and never sent any policy documents. They are uncontactable by phone and do not answer emails. What’s the betting that if I needed them they would say. I had no policy. Look at the other reviews on here and on Trust Pilot too. Terrible. They make every excuse not to help people and charge MORE money if they actually do come out.
