I use the Kroo banking app for additional flexibility.

I use the Kroo banking app for additional flexibility. An initially difficult set up meant that I had to get in touch with Customer services, who patiently provided me with an alternative way to authenticate my identity. Once this was achieved it has been plain sailing. Happy to recommend the app and Kroo card. Reviewed on: 31st March 2024
