Cheap but annoyed by misleading renewal

Have gone with admiral a few times because of competitive pricing but was annoyed by renewal invitation email which had as its subject header ‘renewing with admiral couldn’t be easier’. It looked like a marketing email but in fact was supposed to be a formal notification that hundreds of pounds were about to be taken from my account on auto renewal. I consider this a breach of consumer trust and quite sneaky! Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
