Personable, contactable and understandable

Going into the world of car insurance for my partner and I. It was our first car ever, we didn’t really know which cover to go for. When comparing multiple car insurers; admiral weren’t just the cheapest - their customer service was far superior. We had a lot of questions which they answered every one plainly and in a friendly manner. I feel with absolute certainty we chose the right insurer for what we needed.
