Refund to my Acct

I made a transfer to a monese Acct since Sunday and the money have been on pending on the monese Acct for no reason asking for unnecessary documentation that doesn't make sense. Can someone pls explain to me how my money can be refunded back to my Acct because it's taking so long now Reviewed on: 13th October 2016
